Account Executive – Healthcare

Overview

In this role, you promote Zoom’s healthcare-focused communication solutions to health organizations. You generate prospects, tailor proposals (including NHS), and drive adoption across the sector. You will collaborate with partners to expand virtual collaboration and navigate healthcare procurement frames. You help shape how healthcare teams communicate, from video conferencing to telephony, contributing to Zoom’s mission of enabling seamless collaboration. Responsibilities

• Generate prospects for Zoom’s healthcare communication solutions
• Provide tailored solutions to healthcare organizations, including the NHS
• Leverage Zoom services such as video conferencing and telephony for healthcare organizations
• Forge strategic partnerships to enhance virtual collaboration in healthcare
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales initiatives
• Forecast accurately and manage account mapping and pipeline development
• Ensure client satisfaction through successful engagements and teamwork

Key requirements

• Proficiency in UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
• Experience selling solutions and large enterprise licenses to healthcare institutions including the NHS
• Ability to navigate healthcare procurement frameworks and commercial vehicles
• Adept in workplace productivity solutions, video conferencing, or web collaboration
• Proven track record in enterprise-level support to healthcare organizations including the NHS
• Skilled in account mapping, pipeline development, and management
• Ability to drive sales initiatives with channel partners
