As Head of the Business Applications and Platforms Practice, you will shape and grow a world-class capability across Oracle and Microsoft platforms in the UK & Ireland region. You’ll lead delivery excellence, drive presales and client engagement, and coordinate with global delivery centers to scale impact. You’ll steer talent development and cross-functional collaboration to deliver transformative solutions for sectors, with a clear focus on Oracle and Microsoft tech and future platform expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap for the Practice and build capabilities across Oracle and Microsoft platforms with phased expansion to other technologies
• Support revenue growth through solutioning, architecture design, proposals, and client presentations in collaboration with sectors
• Oversee delivery of signed contracts ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction; establish and monitor delivery KPIs
• Leverage global delivery centers (India, Morocco, Romania) for scalable execution and align with practice goals
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team; drive talent acquisition, retention, and inclusive, high-performance culture

Key requirements

• 10+ years leading enterprise application practices or large-scale delivery teams
• Strong expertise in Oracle and Microsoft enterprise platforms
• Proven success in presales, solutioning, and client engagement
• Experience managing delivery with global teams and delivery centers in a matrix model
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
