Residential Conveyancer – Worcester

Overview

In this role you will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion within a Worcester firm. You will advise clients on purchases, sales, and related matters, and coordinate with estate agents, lenders, and other parties. You’ll draft and review contracts and transfer documents while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting departmental business development. The position offers meaningful impact in a busy, client-focused team with growth opportunities in a reputable firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Provide advice to clients on property purchases, sales and related matters
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties
• Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other legal paperwork
• Mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development for the department

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with conveyancing software and digital tools is an advantage
