Responsibilities

• Deliver services to public sector clients across government and healthcare sectors
• Be the face of Accenture to clients, advising, challenging and coaching stakeholders
• Develop deep client understanding and lead issue-based discussions grounded in challenges
• Build trust-based client relationships and frame opportunities
• Apply root cause analysis and pragmatic problem-solving to address client issues
• Adopt a human-centered approach to problem solving and co-creation
• Own complex work streams delivering value-centric, data-driven outcomes

• Experience designing/implementing operating models
• Experience creating/managing complex business cases
• Experience transforming supply chains
• Experience with data in design/delivery for public sector consulting
• Experience using technology to transform public services
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Public sector client experience (government or health)
• Experience driving new business via strategy, relationships, and growth opportunities
• Experience with project and programme management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP) and Agile delivery
• Lifecycle project/programme delivery and risk management with senior partners
