Overview

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload covering wills, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection, and estate administration. You will serve an established client base with strong client care. This role sits in a leading Warwickshire law firm and offers exposure to diverse private client matters within a supportive, inclusive culture. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide high-quality legal guidance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run a private client caseload including wills, estate planning, LPA, Court of Protection, and administration of estates

• 3+ years’ PQE in private client
