Project Manager (French)

Overview

As a Project Manager at Snowflake, you shepherd mid-sized technical projects from inception to delivery, providing visibility, reviews, and reporting throughout the lifecycle. You work to keep customers delighted while driving efficient execution in a fast-moving, experimental environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify delivery and unlock impact at scale. This role blends governance, customer focus, and innovation to redefine how work gets done in a data-driven, AI-enabled setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and track task effort using Smartsheet or Certinia
• Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and assign effort and resource naming to tasks
• Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up
• Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track
• Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and CSAT scores above 4.0

Key requirements

• 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture
• SnowPro Core certification required within 60 days of hire
• Fluent in French (regional requirements)
