Overview

As Team Leader in Gallagher’s Private Clients team in Woking, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients while shaping the team’s strategy and developing talent. You’ll coach colleagues, support recruitment, and represent Gallagher in the market. You will identify growth opportunities and drive performance for a global leader in insurance and risk management. This role combines client leadership with people management in a collaborative, values-driven culture. You’ll contribute to building trust and delivering tailored insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients.

• Manage a portfolio of high-value Private Client relationships

Key requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on client relationships
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
• Confidence in meeting clients and partners face-to-face
• Proactive and commercially minded approach
• Passion for developing people and driving team success
• Experience with private clients, high-net-worth accounts, Acturis, or CII qualifications is a bonus
