Manager, Global Operate Business Development, Pricing Manager – Global

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end engagements for lower-complexity Global Operate pursuits, shaping commercial architecture and pricing. You will work with cross-functional teams to ground strategies in client challenges and delivery realities, coaching teams on commercial storytelling and proposals. You’ll partner with finance to reflect the agreed structure in models and contribute to evolving deal coaching methodologies. This is a chance to influence how Deloitte delivers value in managed services and transformation initiatives through rigorous analysis and creative contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuits from intake to commercial sign-off for lower-complexity engagements
• Research client finances, benchmarking, and earnings materials to identify challenges and support proposals
• Design commercial architectures combining baseline models with innovative constructs
• Coach pursuit teams on client-facing commercial strategy and presentations
• Support post-presentation feedback loops to refine proposals
• Collaborate with the financial modeling team to lock in the final structure
• Escalate high-stakes commercial questions to Senior Manager Deal Coach
• Contribute to evolving the Deal Coaching methodology and toolset
• Build cross-functional relationships across Global Operate, alliances, and account teams
• Coordinate with Global Solution Hub for end-to-end pursuit support

Key requirements

• Experience in a professional/consulting services setting with exposure to pricing, deal structuring, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience designing commercial models for managed services, outsourcing, or business process transformation
• Strong financial analysis skills including multi-year trends and benchmarking
• Experience presenting analyses to client stakeholders, including senior audiences
• Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel modeling skills
• Ability to translate financial/operational analysis into clear recommendations
