Overview

In this Loss Prevention Advisor role, you help protect people, products and assets across TK Maxx stores. You’ll work with store teams to investigate, analyze and provide feedback that supports effective loss prevention. You will coach colleagues, promote awareness, and handle external theft situations professionally. The role combines customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes work to reinforce a strong loss prevention culture. Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and analysis to protect assets
• Provide feedback and guidance to store teams on loss prevention practices
• Support conflict resolution and loss awareness through coaching
• Educate store associates on Loss Prevention agenda and best practices
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely
• Balance frontline customer interactions with back-end loss prevention activities
• Collaborate with store teams to implement prevention measures

Key requirements

• Experience in shrink and crime resolution in fast-paced retail security is preferred but not essential
• Self-driven, engaging, resilient and focused
