Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will shape identity and access management through software engineering, automation, and modern cloud tech. You’ll build secure access solutions using IaC, Python and Rust, and integrate platforms like Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust. You’ll collaborate across Security, Engineering and People teams to advance IAM initiatives and internal tooling. This fully remote-friendly role offers DEI values, cross-functional impact, and opportunities to scale secure access for a high-growth European insurance tech platform.

Responsibilities

• Shape IAM solutions through software engineering and automation
• Develop applications in Python and Rust for IAM workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud-based tooling
• Integrate IAM platforms such as Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust
• Contribute to automation, platform development, and internal tooling
• Define best practices in IAM and security across the business
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering and People teams to drive cross-functional work

Key requirements

• Software Engineer with Python and/or Rust experience focused on IAM
• Experience with Okta or similar IAM SaaS tools
• Strong IaC understanding with Terraform experience
• End-to-end development lifecycle delivery experience
• Collaborative with strong stakeholder communication skills
