Mobilisation Project Lead

Overview

As Mobilisation Project Lead in Aberdeen, you will coordinate mobilisation of subsea equipment, tooling and materials for a major offshore development. You will ensure readiness, maintenance status and certification, while aligning project teams, suppliers and logistics for safe, efficient offshore activities. You will monitor schedules, manage mobilisation risks and support SAP transition and operational readiness, upholding HSE and quality standards. This is a chance to shape readiness for critical offshore operations within a global engineering staffing leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation activities for subsea equipment, tools and materials
• Ensure equipment readiness, maintenance status, certification, and availability
• Coordinate across project teams, suppliers, logistics providers, workshops and operations
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively manage mobilisation risks
• Support supplier performance and delivery management
• Provide regular reporting and escalation of critical issues
• Support SAP transition and operational readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and operational standards

Key requirements

• 5-10+ years’ experience in subsea projects, offshore operations, mobilisation, logistics or supply chain
• Proven track record delivering complex mobilisation projects
• Strong understanding of subsea equipment, tooling, maintenance and logistics processes
• Experience using SAP and material management systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Desirable: experience supporting drilling, wells, subsea or offshore operations; experience with major operators; SAP transition project experience; Power BI and Excel reporting experience
