Delivery Manager, Snowflake Transformation and Growth

As Snowflake Delivery Manager at Deloitte, you lead enterprise Snowflake Data Cloud transformation programmes, coordinating clients, partners and delivery teams to secure scalable, high-impact solutions. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, governance and reporting across lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to mobilize data initiatives and drive measurable outcomes in a collaborative, values‑led environment. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Snowflake data cloud projects, including migrations and production deployments
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and third parties to align on priorities and delivery
• Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and quality gates across workstreams
• Oversee risk, governance and agile enhancements within client solutions and internal frameworks
• Manage scope, change control and acceptance criteria with clear impact assessments
• Establish governance forums and provide evidence-based progress reports for stakeholders
• Direct financial and commercial management, including budgets, forecasts and resourcing
• Coordinate architecture, testing, security and operational readiness to ensure release quality
• Maintain RAID logs, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers through escalation routes
• Facilitate planning and decision-making sessions with technical and non-technical audiences
• Plan knowledge transfer, service transition and handover to business-as-usual or managed services
• Lead continuous improvement through delivery insights and reusable assets
• Support proposals, mobilisation plans and client presentations for Snowflake opportunities
• Provide strong client engagement to understand priorities and ensure business goals are met

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; advanced degree a plus
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects with cross-functional teams
• Domain expertise in cloud data implementations, legacy migrations or post-merger integrations
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile/Scrum is highly desirable; SnowPro desirable
• Proven delivery leadership for Snowflake implementations and migrations
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira; strong governance and release management
• Understanding of Snowflake architecture, security, governance and cost management
• Experience with budgeting, forecasts, resource planning and delivery performance
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior audiences
• Knowledge of testing, security assurance, operational readiness, cutover and service-transition
