Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities (Community & Domiciliary)

Overview

In this role you will join a growing London-based care provider to lead frontline delivery and drive growth under the Director. You will oversee a registered service, manage an Assistant Manager, and ensure services are inspection-ready in line with CQC changes. You will work across homecare or supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong impact on quality of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of an Assistant Manager
• Provide leadership to frontline staff and drive service growth
• Ensure inspection readiness and compliance with CQC requirements
• Collaborate with the Director on strategic development and improvement initiatives
• Balance office-based duties with regular visits to services around London

Key requirements

• Experience holding a CQC registration for Homecare or supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health and/or autism
• Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• Knowledge of CQC inspection processes and regulatory standards
• Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
