Data Architectural lead for Public Sector

Overview

In this role you will lead the Public Sector data strategy and advisory effort, shaping how departments adopt data and AI to transform services. You will partner with Government clients and internal Global Data & Analytics teams to scope, plan, and cost data engagements, while delivering compelling insights and presentations. You will own aspects of relationship governance and support Go-To-Market initiatives with strategic technology partners. There is a strong emphasis on thought leadership, market-facing activity, and developing leaders within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Public Sector data stakeholder strategy and advisory across government levels
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and programme managers to scope, design, and plan data engagements
• Build and nurture relationships with public sector clients to identify data opportunities and deliver insights
• Oversee solution assurance aspects of ongoing client relationships
• Provide strategic partner engagement to support Public Sector go-to-market efforts
• Generate Public Sector-specific thought leadership and offerings
• Maintain utilisation target while focusing on market-facing activities
• Coach and mentor team members to develop emerging leaders

Key requirements

• 15+ years in professional services with extensive public sector engagement
• 10+ years of commercial experience positioning complex data solutions
• 10+ years leading or contributing to end-to-end data projects
• Extensive data and analytics background in enterprise settings focusing on data and AI solutions
