Mobile Training Engineer (North East)

Overview

In this role you will train customers and colleagues on Worcester Bosch’s expanding heat pump and renewables portfolio, supporting the electrification strategy. You work field-based, traveling to customer sites and partner centres to deliver high-quality courses. You will develop content, upskill stakeholders, and collaborate with sales to drive market share in renewables. The position combines hands-on training with course development in a leading home‑tech brand. Responsibilities

• Provide training on combustion products via mobile van, partner centres, and Worcester Bosch locations
• Deliver training on Heat Pumps to support market growth in renewables
• Train customers and internal staff on Gas, Oil and Renewable products at various sites in the UK
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and partner centres in the area
• Assist sales with product launches, exhibitions, and factory tours
• Prepare course content and materials; maintain the Mobile Training Van
• Develop new and existing courses for product and legislation
• Involve in train-the-trainer projects for new products and services

Key requirements

• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT
• Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations and commissioning procedures
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience
• Full driving licence

• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
• Good technical knowledge
• Trade-related background
• Computer literate (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
