Associate Product Manager – Enterprise AI Platform

Overview

In this role you help define and advance the Enterprise AI Platform at LSEG, enabling secure, scalable AI-powered products. You work with product managers and engineering to shape the platform roadmap and ensure governance and responsible AI standards. You’ll collaborate across teams to prototype, validate with customers, and drive adoption of shared AI infrastructure. This is an opportunity to develop product management skills in a fast-evolving AI-enabled environment within a global financial tech leader.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform in collaboration with stakeholders
• Own direction for platform capability areas (e.g., platform services, developer tooling, governance, enablement)
• Contribute to hands-on frontier AI products, prototyping and customer validation
• Partner with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities and surface blockers
• Maintain platform standards, documentation and reusable services for AI product development
• Support adoption of common AI infrastructure and tooling, gather feedback from internal users
• Work with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and Responsible AI
• Engage with product teams across LSEG to capture requirements and support roadmap prioritisation
• Define and track metrics for platform adoption, performance and developer experience
• Coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers on platform initiatives
• Contribute to the Enterprise AI strategy and delivery of foundational capabilities

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields
• Interest or understanding of AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, APIs, and enterprise software
• Early career experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering or equivalent
• Experience or coursework with software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment
