Property Manager – Logistics Maintenance

Overview

In this role you will manage end-to-end maintenance delivery for logistics facilities, ensuring KPI performance, compliance, and financial oversight. You will partner with logistics leadership, construction, and service partners to deliver maintenance and capital works while building a bottom-up 3–5-year capital plan. You will lead incident recovery, audits, and value-for-money through site reviews and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers a strategic impact on store and logistics facilities as part of Morrisons Head Office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for maintenance service delivery, KPI performance, and business continuity for critical assets
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, ad-hoc works, BER replacements, and major capital projects across facilities
• Oversee CAPEX budgets, develop and report on project programmes and financial implications
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and key service partners to build a 3–5 year capital plan
• Support incident recovery and ensure compliance, health and safety and environmental plans with authorities
• Conduct regular site reviews to audit work quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure value for money
• Build relationships with logistics leadership, finance, central teams and construction partners

Key requirements

• Industry-recognised programme and project management qualifications
• Experience in maintenance, logistics, retail, or property functions
• Strong financial acumen with experience in CAPEX planning and budget management
• Proven ability to programme-manage large-scale capital workstreams in a complex environment
