Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will partner with stakeholders across the business to understand processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements. You will challenge current ways of working and explore how systems and tools can be leveraged more effectively. You will map current and future-state processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions, supporting implementation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a business-facing role that goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, offering the chance to shape better processes and deliver meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities.
• Identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes and recommend improvements.
• Challenge existing ways of working and explore how systems and tools can be used more effectively.
• Map current and future-state processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Support the implementation of improvements and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business-first mindset with experience improving processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with testing, UAT, system implementations or third-party suppliers would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
