In this role you will help shape Eightfold.ai’s agentic AI platform by researching, designing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact, personalized experiences for millions of users. You’ll advance LLM-based autonomy, multi-agent planning, and robust infrastructure while staying at the forefront of AI research. Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy advanced AI agents and agentic systems
• Architect multi-agent platforms with planning, decision-making, and execution capabilities
• Integrate LLMs and state-of-the-art AI techniques to boost agent autonomy
• Build scalable, reliable infrastructure to support agent operations at scale
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Diagnose issues in distributed environments and optimize performance
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical growth
• Stay current with AI research and apply innovations to products
• Leverage enterprise and user data to craft personalized agent experiences
• Contribute to Copilot GenAI Workflows for Users for chat-like command execution

Key requirements

• Knowledge and passion in machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI
• Understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, autonomous systems
• Experience with LLMs and their applications in Agentic AI
• Proficiency in Python; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of distributed system design and microservices
• Strong coding and algorithm skills; excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Min 2-5+ years of relevant ML work experience
