Overview

As Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation, you will lead hands-on AI-driven projects across Business Assurance IT, translating business needs into practical AI solutions. You’ll shape a portfolio of POCs, MVPs, and automated initiatives, working with IT, Operations, and Sales to deliver measurable value. Your work will help define the Business Assurance AI roadmap and accelerate responsible AI adoption. This role combines practical delivery with governance, enabling scalable, cross-functional impact and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept to deployment and adoption
• Hands-on work with AI tools, including prompt development and testing
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, workflows, prototypes and experiments
• Structure experiments, validate outputs, gather user feedback, iterate
• Partner with tech and business teams to scale successful concepts
• Promote responsible AI use with focus on data quality, security, governance, and value
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and digital product initiatives
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, risk controls, success measures, and adoption plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Maintain momentum, resolve dependencies, ensure measurable business value and impact
• Balance governance with agile, delivery-focused approach
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and other emerging tech
• Contribute to Business Assurance AI roadmap and cross-pillar initiatives
• Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful solutions
• Support AI adoption by demonstrating value and practical applications
• Help stakeholders see where AI adds value and how to apply it effectively

Key requirements

• Minimum five years in project management, digital transformation, or related field
• Experience in Certification/Business Assurance industry preferred
• Proven track record delivering tech-enabled or business transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience in global, matrix organizations and cross-functional coordination
• Agile, experimental mindset; ability to navigate ambiguity and turn ideas into solutions
• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce use cases advantageous
• Agile project delivery experience preferred
• English fluency; Spanish a plus
