You will support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis to guide decision-making. You will turn financial data into actionable insights, helping the business grow in a platform-based, cross-agency setup.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior agency stakeholders to provide commercial and financial support
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Deliver client profitability and utilisation reporting
• Provide commercial insights to support decision-making
• Review revenue recognition for accounting compliance
• Lead conversations on revenue, profitability and business performance
• Support month-end reporting and forecasting cycles
• Manage relationships with client-facing teams and provide financial guidance

Key requirements

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst role
• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent commercial finance experience
• Strong forecasting, reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence with large datasets
• Previous agency, marketing, advertising or professional services experience would be beneficial
