Assistant Site Manager

Overview

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will help oversee a large RC Frame residential project in Dartford, focusing on internal construction from 1st fix to handover. You will coordinate subcontractors and labour while maintaining safety and quality, aiming to deliver 300+ units on time and within budget. This role offers a pathway toward Site Manager, with exposure to externals and a strong pipeline of work in London and the Home Counties. You’ll work closely with the site team to support delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and labour while upholding high health & safety standards
• Maintain high quality across 100+ RC Frame units
• Keep the project on schedule and within budget
• Manage internal build processes from 1st fix to handover
• Gain experience with externals as pathway to Site Manager
