Responsibilities

• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Development projects and forward funding arrangements
• Asset management for major national and international investors

• Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value transactions
• Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision

Key requirements

• 1–5 years PQE in commercial real estate (ideally)
• Trained with a recognised real estate department at a major or mid sized firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic background
• Commercially minded with good business acumen
• Commitment to business development and client relationship management
• Well organised with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
