Unit4 ERP Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

As a Unit4 ERP Finance Systems Analyst, you will own security, access governance, and governance across key financial applications. You’ll work closely with finance stakeholders to drive improvements, upgrades, and new modules, shaping how the ERP ecosystem supports the business. You’ll balance hands-on system administration with project delivery and stakeholder training. This role offers visible impact through transformation work and ongoing system governance. You will lead improvements that enhance reporting, controls, and user enablement within a hybrid London environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage segregation of duties and access compliance across multiple Unit4 modules
• Administer, maintain and support the Unit4 application
• Maintain existing reports and design/develop new reports
• Provide Unit4 ERP 1st–3rd line support for incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with Finance Super Users and senior stakeholders to resolve issues and identify improvements
• Deliver user training and ensure best practice in system use
• Support ongoing projects, upgrades, and new module implementations
• Engage with finance teams to understand business requirements
• Support wider transformation projects

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ hands-on Unit4 ERP (Agresso) experience
• Knowledge across multiple modules
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support
• Finance background or qualified by experience (AAT, ACCA, FCCA, etc.)
• Strong experience delivering or supporting Unit4 ERP projects
• SQL knowledge
