Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and cash flow management
• Deliver timely management information to support commercial decisions
• Develop reporting on sales, margins, stock and operational performance
• Partner with leadership to drive profitability and business improvement
• Support pricing, investments and commercial negotiations
• Improve processes, controls and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiencies
• Provide leadership and act as a key partner to the Managing Director

Key requirements

• ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualified
• Strong commercial acumen and financial leadership experience
• Ability to develop clear, practical business reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
• Hands-on approach with strong operational credibility
• Experience in improving processes, controls and performance
• Confidence and presence to influence at senior leadership level
• Pragmatic mindset and ability to implement scalable solutions
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, distribution or similar operations (advantage)
