Overview

In this role you will oversee and coordinate GCP programmes across engagements, ensuring realization of benefits and enabling change through new capabilities. You will provide strong delivery leadership and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to align delivery with business value OKRs and roadmaps. You will manage cross-functional communications, ensure transparency and progress toward outcomes, and keep stakeholders informed with no-surprises updates. You will scale a high-performing delivery team, decompose complex problems, and drive delivery excellence while remaining adaptable to pivot when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of GCP programmes across engagements and manage benefit realization
• Lead delivery with executive stakeholders (C-suite/Board level), align delivery with business value OKRs and roadmaps
• Manage communications across technical and business stakeholders and report progress towards outcomes
• Build and lead a high-performing delivery team across functions and locations
• Define delivery controls, advocate process excellence, and drive continuous improvements

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles
• Experience in program management using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Ability to travel 80% to Milan for stakeholder engagement
