Overview

Director of Group Finance at a PE-backed engineering and manufacturing group. You will lead the group finance function, drive finance transformation and systems improvements, and oversee acquisition integration and group reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the group finance function
• Drive systems and process improvements and finance transformation projects
• Support acquisition integration and synergy delivery
• Own group reporting, consolidation and financial control
• Lead statutory reporting, audit and compliance activities
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and debt facilities
• Partner with operational leaders to support growth and value creation
• Act as a key stakeholder with investors, lenders and external advisors

Key requirements

• ACA (or equivalent) qualification
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong experience in group reporting, audit and statutory compliance
• Track record of systems and processes improvement, finance transformation or business integration
• Experience of treasury and cash management
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams
• Experience within a private equity-backed, manufacturing, engineering or multi-site environment would be highly advantageous
