Senior Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will guide senior stakeholders through investment workflows and data challenges, translating complex requirements into solutions on a modern investment platform. You will work closely with clients to understand operating models and the investment lifecycle, focusing on front-to-back office IBOR environments. This is a client-facing, problem-solving role that blends deep investment knowledge with a technology-led delivery mindset. You will join a growing firm helping leading financial institutions transform their investment data and operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand client operating models, investment workflows and data challenges
• Translate business requirements into effective solutions on a modern investment platform
• Engage with senior stakeholders to discuss complex Investment Management processes
• Leverage knowledge of Investment Lifecycle and IBOR to guide delivery
• Collaborate in a technology-enabled environment to support front-to-back office needs
• Contribute to data integration discussions and alignment with investment data concepts

Key requirements

• Strong Investment Management and Investment Operations knowledge
• Solid understanding of the Investment Lifecycle and IBOR environments
• Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills
• Ability to discuss complex Investment Management processes with senior stakeholders
• Experience in asset management, investment technology, investment data, implementation, consulting or Investment Operations backgrounds
• Exposure to SQL, Python and APIs is desirable but not essential
