Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned to goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve objectives
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect assets
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors and financial institutions
• Monitor and improve financial performance across the business
• Oversee a major systems implementation project

Key requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong data-driven decision-making experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
