In this role you will handle high-value real estate finance transactions, primarily for banks and bridging lenders, within a top-tier London practice. You will manage a personal caseload, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with partners on complex matters. Key requirements

• 7+ years PQE in real estate finance
• Experience acting for banks and bridging lenders
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Commercial and solutions-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Ability to develop business opportunities
• Collaborative mindset and mentoring interest
• Existing following advantageous but not essential
