- Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (Working3, 4 or 5 days between the hours of 8:30am – 8pm including eveningsand weekends)
Join us as aContact Centre Sales Advisor in our Cardiff contact centre earning£26,428 per annum with incentives on top – you can earn an extra£4,900 on average by achieving targets.
Weoperate a hybrid working pattern after training which allowscolleagues to gain a work life balance with the opportunity to workfrom office and home for part of the week.
Inthis role, you’ll work in a fast-paced call centre, handlinginbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky.You’ll actively listen to understand their needs and provide thebest possible solutions, ensuring they feel heard, valued, andappreciated.
What you’lldo
- Handle inbound callsfrom existing customers considering cancelling all or part of theirSky subscription.
- Build strong connectionsthrough engaging conversations to understand their needs, addressany concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitablepackage.
- Work in a target-basedenvironment
- Work 37.5 hours p/wk Mon-Sun withvaried set shift patterns available. Your set shift will beallocated at the offer stage and your preferences taken intoaccount wherever possible. When our customers need us most, you’llwork up to 5 hours extra per week (max 10 times per year) and bankthis time to take back as extra timeoff
Training andDevelopment
Training and Development ishugely important to us which is why we’ll teach you all you need toknow about our amazing products and how to deal with any challenge,no matter how big or small, so you can achieve your full potentialas a Sales Advisor.
At Sky, our comprehensive7-week training program is designed to fully prepare new startersfor their role. It begins with classroom-based sessions, whereemployees become familiar with the role, systems, and products.This is followed by time in our Academy, where they handle livecustomer calls under the guidance of a Role Model. Both thetraining and Academy sessions are conducted entirely face-to-facein the office, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. To ensureparticipants gain the most from the program, we ask thatno holidays are taken during this period.
