As a SalesAssistant based in our Weymouth branchyou’ll be responsible for:
- Driving a 3.5T van delivering plumbing& heating suppliers to our customers in the local area
- Serving customers on the trade counter byunderstanding their specific needs and providing advice and productrecommendations
- Responding to customerenquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with aproactive attitude
- Making outbound phone callsto previous customers to regain theirbusiness
- Actively identifying and pursuingopportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both newand existing customers
- General warehouse dutiesincluding booking incoming stock onto the system and putting itaway and picking and packing customer orders which will involvemanual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks andtoilets
This is a fulltime time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday toFriday 07.30am – 4.30pm and alternate Saturday mornings 08.00am –12.00pm.

- A Full Driving Licence isessential
- Plumbing & Heating knowledge isideal
- Previous Face to Face sales and customerservice experience
- Warehouseexperience
- The ability to deliver outstandingcustomer service
