As aSales Assistant based inBelfast, you’ll be responsiblefor:
Servingcustomers on the trade counter by identifying their requirementsand providing productrecommendations.
Respondingto customer enquiries via phone & email promptly andcourteously, with a proactiveattitude
Making outboundphone calls to previous customers to regain theirbusiness
Activelyidentifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within thebranch, engaging both new and existingcustomers
General warehouseduties including booking incoming stock onto the system and puttingit away and picking and packing customer orders which will involvemanual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks andtoilets
Thisis a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday toFriday between 08:00 – 17:00. Overtime may berequired.
