As a Technical Sales Advisorbased in Cardiff you’llbe responsible for:
- Answering phones and provide productquotations to customers.
- Following up and chase customers forthe quotes and orders.
- Updating the system with orderinformation and quotes.
- Serving customers on the tradecounter.
- Warehouse duties including picking andpacking and stockcontrol.
This is a full-time, permanent roleworking 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30AM – 16:30PM or08:00M – 17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend workrequired.
And here’s what we’d like you tohave:
- Previous merchant/industry experiencewould be advantageous.
- Positive attitude and confidentspeaking to people.
- Excellent customer serviceskills.
- Warehousingexperience.
- Confident working withcomputer.
- A Full Driving License is desirable butnot essential.
