As aCredit Controller based in Warwickyou’ll be responsiblefor:
- Managing a ledger ofapproximately 2,000 customer accounts and proactively collectingoutstanding debt through telephone and emailcontact
- Achieving monthly cash collection,overdue cash and 180-day debt targets while maintaining strongaccount performance
- Resolving customer queriesby liaising with internal branches and account managers to delivertimely and effective solutions
- Building andmaintaining strong relationships with customers and internalstakeholders to support successful debt recovery and customersatisfaction
Thisis a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday toFriday between 08:00am – 17:00pm with 1hrs break. Hybrid working 3days in the office and 2 days working from home once probation hasbeen passed.

- Strongrelationship-building and customer service skills, with the abilityto work effectively with customers and internalstakeholders
- Confident and professionalcommunication skills, including a strong telephone manner and theability to handle challengingconversations
- Good computer literacy, with abasic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including functions such asVLOOKUPs
- Ability to make informed decisions,challenge requests when necessary, and confidently communicateoutcomes while maintaining a professionalapproach
- Credit control experience isdesirable
