As anOperationsSupervisor based inLutonyou’llbe responsible for:
- Supporting and developing all team memberswith progression planning.
- Supporting theOperations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard ofHealth and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
- Supporting the team with their day to dayroles when needed.
- Communicating effectivelyacross the business.
This is a full timepermanent role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:00AM –17:00PM with 1hrs break and the occasional Saturday 08.00am –12.00pm paid as overtime.

- Sales and/or operational background.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
