Senior Consultant – Restructuring

An established global financial advisory firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing European Capital Advisory team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile restructuring and capital advisory engagements, advising corporates, creditors and investors navigating financial stress and distress. The role offers broad exposure to investment banking-style advisory work across complex situations throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse historical financial performance and projections.
• Build and review financial models and conduct financial due diligence.
• Assess business performance, financial risks and restructuring options.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and recommendations.
• Apply corporate finance and valuation principles.
• Build relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and professional advisers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel and analytical skills.
• Understanding of corporate finance, valuation and financial performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive, collaborative and professional approach.

Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
