Leading UK Retailer are looking to hire an experienced and hands‑on Interim Commercial Finance Manager asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and 3 days per week in their Midlands head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance and Commercial teams with business partnering
• Provide strong data analytics and commercial decision support
• Lead on financial planning and performance across the business
• Challenge operational teams to improve sales, pricing, margin and profitability

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experienced Finance Professional, with exposure to FP&A and Commercial Finance roles
• Background to include experience in Retail/Multi-site businesses, with a consumer angle
• Outstanding commercial acumen and ability to influence and engage at all levels
