The role focuses on providing commercially oriented advice on a broad range of fund-related matters across Europe, with frequent cross-border interaction across jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years’ experience at a leading international law firm, strong exposure to European investment funds and fund formation, and knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures.
