Job Description:
Referment is seeking a strategic Senior Account Manager to own a large portfolio of enterprise accounts in financial services technology. You will oversee renewals, expansions and escalations, protecting and growing recurring revenue while negotiating at scale.
Working closely with product, professional services and customer success, you’ll drive adoption of new features, feed market insights to leadership, and maintain accurate account plans, pipeline and forecasts for senior executives.
