Design Delivery Lead for Mixed-Use Residential Projects

Fawkes & Reece are seeking a Technical Manager for a large mixed-use residential development. You will take ownership of design management, coordinating with consultants, client reps and specialist subcontractors to deliver against programme.

Responsibilities include reviewing design information from Stage 4 onwards, closing gaps, managing design risks and queries, and ensuring buildability and compliance with Building Regulations. This role is site-based in the United Kingdom.
