Senior Leader – Safeguarding & Inclusion Lead

Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is seeking an exceptional Senior Leader for Safeguarding & DSL to shape safeguarding strategy, lead a committed inclusion team and influence whole-school improvement. You will champion vulnerable learners and ensure outstanding safeguarding outcomes across the academy.

You will work with senior colleagues to develop systems that promote safety, wellbeing and high standards of safeguarding across the Trust and community.
