A successful local estate agency in the Ascot area is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to strengthen its market share. This role would suit an ambitious property professional with excellent sales skills, strong local market knowledge and a proven ability to win new instructions.

You will play a key role in generating new business, carrying out property valuations, securing instructions and negotiating successful sales.
You will build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers, develop your own business pipeline and contribute to the continued success of the business, with attractive earning potential and opportunities for future career progression.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister:
- Generating new business opportunities and winning residential sales instructions from vendors
- Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Developing a strong pipeline of properties and maximising local sales opportunities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers and progressing sales through to completionDelivering excellent customer service while contributing to the continued growth of the sales business
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential estate agency, ideally in a Senior Sales Negotiator or Lister role
- Strong track record of winning new instructions and generating business
- Experience carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on marketing strategies
- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good understanding of the residential sales process and relevant compliance requirements
- Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to contribute to the ongoing success of the business
