HR Operations Leader: Tech-Driven Employee Experience

Axon Moore is recruiting an experienced HR Operations Manager for a well established national charity supporting children across the UK. You will own HR operations, lead a small team and help shape a more efficient, technology-enabled HR service.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, drive improvements, ensure data accuracy and compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
