Chief Officer, Bulk Carrier — Deck & Safety Leader

V.Group is seeking a Chief Officer for Bulk Carrier on a contract basis. The role is shipboard with a Deck department focus and responsibilities spanning cargo and ballast operations, navigation, security, and environmental protection.

The candidate will lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance during voyages. Key duties include maintaining the hull, fittings and crew accommodations, managing deck stores, and supervising lifesaving and firefighting equipment.
