Civil Engineer – Marine/Defence Infrastructure

Millbank Holdings Ltd in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support a major defence infrastructure programme. You will review civil and structural designs, provide technical input during construction, and liaise with design teams, contractors, and site stakeholders.
