Finance Operations Leader: Team Growth & Improvement

McHale Komatsu in Redditch is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day accounts. You will drive month-end close, cash management and robust controls, while developing processes and supporting budgets and forecasts.

This role requires strong people management and delivering a reliable finance service across the business. The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, and a proven track record in a busy finance function within industry.
