Quality & Compliance Lead – FMCG Supply Chain

Grenade is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance professional to own the supply chain quality and compliance agenda. You will manage the end-to-end complaint process and drive continuous improvement in partnership with Mondelez Quality Team.

You will lead QA for new product launches, maintain nutritional testing schedules, KPI reporting, and coach one direct report while building strong supplier relationships to ensure policy adherence.
