Lead Specialist Pharmacist, Older People’s Mental Health

Livewell Southwest is recruiting an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist for Older People’s Mental Health (OPMH) to provide expert clinical leadership across Livewell Southwest, primary care, community services and neighbourhood teams in Plymouth.

You will undertake complex medication reviews, optimise treatment for Dementia, frailty, polypharmacy, and lead on high-risk prescribing and deprescribing where appropriate.
