We’re working with a well-established and highly respected multidisciplinary property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing London team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with around 4-5 years’ Building Surveying experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you’re already operating at Senior level or looking to make that step up, you’ll be joining a business where your progression is genuinely encouraged.
The Role
You’ll become part of a close-knit London Building Surveying team working across a varied client portfolio. Around 70% of your workload will focus on cladding remediation and fire safety projects, alongside a broader mix of traditional Building Surveying instructions to keep your experience diverse.Working closely with experienced surveyors and leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 4-5+ years’ experience within Building Surveying
- Experience delivering professional Building Surveying services
- Exposure to cladding and fire safety projects would be advantageous, but not essential
- Confident, personable and enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
- An ambitious surveyor looking for genuine career progression
- MRICS is not essential. If you’re working towards Chartership, full support and mentoring will be provided.
